I’m Patricia— Founder of Equisport Fitness and Rider Performance Clinician

I blend rider biomechanics, martial arts-inspired drills & grounding, strength training, and equestrian psychology to help riders build balance, power, and unshakable confidence in the saddle.

With a background in TKD Black Belt training, an Honours BSc in Psychology, and years studying how riders move, I created the MRT Method to transform equestrians from the inside out — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My mission is simple: to help riders develop strength, stability, and elite-level body control so their horses can perform their best.
