These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services and digital products provided by EQUISPORT FITNESS LTD. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing any service or digital product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Scope of Services

EQUISPORT FITNESS LTD. provides the following services and products:

  • On-site and virtual rider fitness workshops for equestrian facilities

  • Structured 12-Week rider fitness programs (delivered online and/or in person)

  • Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable educational materials

Services may be delivered via our website, in-person at client facilities, or through third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom).

2. Eligibility

To access our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if a minor)

  • Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

  • Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, text, videos, programs, and digital products are the intellectual property of EQUISPORT FITNESS LTD.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased content for personal use only.

4. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

EQUISPORT FITNESS LTD. is not a medical provider. All services and content are for educational and informational purposes only.

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risk. You are responsible for your own health and safety and should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise or fitness program.

By participating in any workshop, program, or applying any information provided, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation and outcomes.

5. Workshops

Workshop details, pricing, and delivery format will be confirmed in writing prior to booking.

  • Workshop fees are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Facilities are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for participants

  • EQUISPORT FITNESS LTD. reserves the right to modify workshop content as needed

Travel, space requirements, and participant minimums may apply and will be communicated in advance.

6. 12-Week Programs

The 12-Week Program is a structured educational fitness program.

  • All purchases are final sale

  • Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual participation and consistency

  • Program content may not be shared, redistributed, or resold

7. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products, including ebooks and downloadable materials, are final sale and non-refundable.

Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

8. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment information. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of access to services or products.

Chargebacks not resolved directly with us in good faith may result in account restriction or collection action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EQUISPORT FITNESS LTD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in services or use of digital products.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EQUISPORT FITNESS LTD., its officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Ontario courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
