Refund Policy

At EQUISPORT FITNESS LTD., we value your satisfaction and aim to provide clear and fair policies for all purchases made through www.equisportfitness.com. By completing a transaction on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, Planners, Videos, Courses, etc.)
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided after purchase — even if the product was not downloaded, opened, or used.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact patricia.galazka@equisportfitness.com, and we will assist promptly.
2. Membership Subscriptions (Single Payment or Monthly)
We offer multiple payment options for membership programs. The following terms apply to all plans:
Memberships may be cancelled at any time by contacting patricia.galazka@equisportfitness.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
All membership payments are final and non-refundable, including partial or prorated refunds, due to the instant-access nature of the programs.
Membership access remains valid until the end of the paid term unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure you are committed before purchasing. Refunds are not issued due to schedule conflicts, change of mind, or lack of participation.
3. Workshops (In-Person or Virtual)
For workshops and bootcamp-style programs:
Full refunds may be issued if cancellation is requested at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled start date.
50% refunds may be considered for cancellations made within 3 business days of the start date.
No refunds will be issued once the workshop has begun or after a missed session.
Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
4. Mentorship & Transformation Programs
This includes, but is not limited to:
MRT Coach Performance Mentorship (6-Week Program)
12-Week Rider Transformation Program
All mentorship and transformation-based programs are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the personalized nature of these programs, limited enrollment, scheduling commitments, and preparation involved (including onboarding, resource allocation, and reserved coaching time), no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once registration is complete.
This policy applies regardless of:
Level of participation
Missed or unused sessions
Schedule conflicts
Change of mind
Please ensure you are able to fully commit before enrolling, as these programs are designed for participants ready to engage consistently throughout the full duration.
5. Assessments
Assessments are non-refundable once completed.
To cancel or reschedule an assessment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting us first are considered a violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to respond to fraudulent chargebacks, including providing documentation to payment processors or pursuing collection where appropriate. If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us directly — we are committed to resolving issues professionally.
7. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in Ontario and across Canada. If a refund is legally required due to a defective or misrepresented product or service, we will comply accordingly.
