The 6-Week MRT Coach Performance Mentorship is a structured program combining weekly 1:1 coaching, guided lesson content, and ongoing support to improve coaching effectiveness in real lesson environments.

How It Works

Submit your application to reserve your place in the 6-Week MRT Coach Performance Mentorship. This program is intentionally limited to ensure personalized support.

Once accepted, you’ll complete registration to officially secure your spot in the program.

After registration, you’ll receive a short onboarding process and access to your private coach folder, where all program materials and resources are housed.

You’ll meet for one private coaching session each week while working through structured weekly lesson themes designed to be applied directly in your coaching environment.

I blend rider biomechanics, martial arts-inspired drills & grounding, strength training, and equestrian psychology to help riders build balance, power, and unshakable confidence in the saddle.
With a background in TKD Black Belt training, an Honours BSc in Psychology, and years studying how riders move, I created the MRT Method to transform equestrians from the inside out — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My mission is simple: to help riders develop strength, stability, and elite-level body control so their horses can perform their best.
