    You'll ease into the reset with gentle mobility drills and nervous system work that help you feel grounded, aligned, and more connected to your body—plus an optional mindset prompt to realign with your riding goals.

    This session focuses on core activation and restoring movement patterns essential for the saddle, using bodyweight exercises that train control, not intensity—so your body feels more stable and supported.

    Day 3: Reignite Momentum

    The final day combines low-impact strength, breath, and flow in a functional full-body circuit designed to help you move with purpose and ease, ending with a mindset practice to carry your momentum forward.


All sessions are pre-recorded and sent via email each morning—no logins, no platforms. You’ll receive a simple link to press play, plus a printable PDF for the daily flow.
We wrap up with a live Zoom call on Day 3 to reflect, celebrate wins, and set your next steps in motion.
