As a transformation coach for women, I’ve learned that lasting confidence doesn’t come from more hustle, it comes from identity. Because your body follows your beliefs. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Sociology & Anthropology from the University of Toronto, a Certified Personal Trainer designation, and over two decades of experience in fitness, martial arts, and personal development, I’ve helped hundreds of women rebuild strength, confidence, and self-trust, from the inside out. My background as a 1st Dan Black Belt and Taekwondo Instructor taught me what most people miss: that physical mastery is a mirror of inner mastery.

Through my studies and coaching, I developed The MRT Method™, a proprietary framework that rebuilds identity through the five pillars of Horses and Nature, Mindset, Resistance Training, Martial Arts, and Nutrition.   • Nope. You’ll use your own bodyweight for 90% of the drills. If you do have access to pads or a heavy bag — awesome! But everything can be done without equipment, right in your living room.
